Our 90-Day Results Guarantee
We guarantee measurable improvement in your practice’s online visibility and patient acquisition within 90 days of starting our services. If you don’t see results that meet our guarantee criteria by day 90, we’ll work for free until you do, or provide a prorated refund for the underperforming portion of our services.
What We Guarantee
For Local SEO Services:
- Improvement in Google Business Profile visibility (increased map views and clicks)
- Increase in organic website traffic from local search terms
- Movement of at least 50% of target keywords toward first page rankings
- Increase in phone calls and form submissions from organic search
For Google Ads Services:
- At least 50 qualified clicks to your website within the first 30 days
- Cost per click at or below market average for your specialty and location
- Quality Score improvement to 7+ for primary campaigns
- Documented lead generation from paid search campaigns
For Reputation Management:
- Increase in total number of Google reviews
- Maintenance or improvement of overall star rating
- Response to 100% of reviews within 48 hours
- Implementation of automated review request system
Qualifying Conditions
To qualify for our guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Complete Onboarding: All required access, information, and approvals must be provided within 14 days of contract signing.
- Strategy Adherence: You must follow our recommended strategy and approve all proposed changes within reasonable timeframes.
- Reasonable Market: Your practice operates in a serviceable market with documented search volume for your specialty.
- Budget Compliance: For paid advertising, you must maintain the agreed-upon minimum ad spend throughout the guarantee period.
- Website Cooperation: If website changes are recommended as critical to success, they must be implemented within 30 days.
- No Service Interruption: Services must remain active for the full 90-day guarantee period without gaps or cancellations.
What’s Not Guaranteed
While we’re committed to delivering results, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific ranking positions (e.g., “#1 on Google for X keyword”)
- Exact number of new patients or bookings
- Protection against algorithm changes by Google or other platforms
- Results in markets with exceptionally high competition or limited search volume
- Outcomes affected by factors outside our control (website downtime, Google penalties for issues pre-dating our engagement, etc.)
How to Make a Guarantee Claim
If you believe we haven’t met our guarantee terms after 90 days:
- Contact your account manager or email support@rankingmedic.com
- Provide specific details about which guarantee metrics haven’t been met
- We’ll review your account and all deliverables within 5 business days
- If claim is valid, we’ll offer either: (a) continued service at no charge until metrics are met, or (b) prorated refund for underperforming services
Important Notes
Results Vary: Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market competition, budget, current online presence, and time in market. Our guarantee ensures accountability while acknowledging these variables.
Long-Term Value: Most clients see their best results between months 3-12. The 90-day guarantee is a baseline, not a ceiling.
Transparency: You’ll receive detailed monthly reports showing progress against all guarantee metrics. There are no surprises.
Communication: We proactively communicate if we see any risk to meeting guarantee terms and work with you to adjust strategy as needed.
